Growing up in the hospitality industry his entire life, Sashant not only learned every aspect of the business but also developed a passion for human connection and travel. From front and back-of-house operations to sales, marketing, and revenue management, he quickly learned the requirements of delivering genuine team member engagement and superior customer satisfaction ratings.
As President of 3 Thrones Hospitality, Sashant is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s portfolio growth strategy. He works with the 3 Thrones team to identify new projects and maximize the results for the company and its partners. With the continued support of brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and InterContinental Hotels Group, Sashant plans to develop future hotel projects throughout the greater Southern California region.
Neil has over 40 years of experience in hotel development, construction, and management. He began working as a manager of a family-owned motel in Beaufort, South Carolina, at the age of 18 and developed an affinity for hotel management. After Neil’s father purchased his first motel in Carlsbad, California, in 1983, Neil began aggressively pursuing acquisition deals, including constructing his first new-build hotel in 2017.
As CEO of 3 Thrones Hospitality, Neil oversees all aspects of asset management and project financing for the Company’s existing portfolio and the development pipeline opportunities. He has unique insight into operating hotels in highly competitive marketplaces. Neil has proven experience in achieving superior returns over multiple investment cycles. He continues to collaborate with his team, leveraging his expertise to develop and execute asset management strategies that result in long-lasting value creation.
Shalini Patel oversees all management and operations of the 3 Thrones Hospitality portfolio. She has years of experience working in the hospitality industry. Her unique experience and industry knowledge provide the foundation for the company’s core strength. Shalini’s expertise is responsible for producing superior top and bottom-line results.
Shalini works closely with the management teams at our properties to achieve and exceed performance objectives. She works closely with management at each location to ensure RevPAR penetration targets and operating budget results.
Shayna Patel works with our management teams and oversees project accounting, payroll management, and human resources. She grew up with a passion for real estate, and as a member of the family, was around hotel operations and management from her early childhood.
Shayna comes to 3 Thrones Hospitality with a bachelor’s degree in Business from Chapman University, where she graduated in 2019. With her educational background and knowledge of the hospitality business, she assists the executive team in maintaining a hands-on approach to operations.
